Who we are

METRON is the client-facing brand of MPASUK Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company number 12790703, VAT number 399582522). We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@mpasuk.com.

What we collect, and why

• Enquiry form – your name, business name, email, phone number and message, used to respond to your enquiry and, where you become a client, to set up our engagement.
• Toolkit downloads – your first name and email, used to provide the resources you requested and to send occasional relevant updates from us, which you can opt out of at any time using the unsubscribe option or by emailing us.
• Direct correspondence – if you email or WhatsApp us, we hold that correspondence in order to deal with it.

Our lawful bases are legitimate interest (responding to enquiries you initiate, and modest follow-up about services you have shown interest in) and consent, which you may withdraw at any time. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Where your information lives

Website forms are processed by Netlify, which hosts this site; form submissions are also delivered to our Microsoft 365 email. These providers may process data outside the UK under recognised safeguards. Client accounting engagements are covered by a separate engagement-specific privacy notice provided when you become a client.

How long we keep it

Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Toolkit sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe. Client records are retained in line with our professional and statutory obligations.

Cookies

This site keeps cookies and similar storage to the bare minimum: what is technically necessary for the site to function, and a single browser setting that remembers you have dismissed our cookie notice. We do not currently run advertising or cross-site tracking. If we introduce analytics in future, this policy and the cookie notice will be updated first.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to or restrict our use of it, and withdraw any consent you have given. Email hello@mpasuk.com and we will deal with it promptly. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
